★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really would give 0 if i can to this place. It is my birthday today and i'm trying to buy gifts for myself here but the staff( lady with bob short hair) was rude. I'm browsing and item and this staff just cut me because she's trying to show the customer she's attending to. I was still okay at that point. but then she has the audacity to look at me up and down like i don't belong there. i put all the items that i have taken back and just walk out of there. big sephora but low quality staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, felt like the staff doesn’t care at all, after trying the tester for the foundations when I turn around the staff that served me has walked away. Actually really wanted to try a few foundations and buy one but I guess she thought I’m not gonna buy any so she just walked away??? or maybe I’m not planning to buy a lot so she doesn’t wanna serve me.. :/customer service 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Not a big makeup fan but I went to Sephora to buy brow styling wax or gel. I approached a salesperson but she had an attitude for whatever reason when she was explaining the products. She brought 2 eyebrow gel and tested them on the back of her hands. She then said, you should try it to know which one is better. Well, she's not wrong but bruv, I ain't gonna use it after you've dipped the spoolie brush you used for testing back in the tube ? Then I said, I have sensitive skin (cause that's not hygienic at all). God knows how many face and hands that spoolie has touched. She then replied, SIS IT'S JUST YOUR EYEBROW. Huh?? Aren't yll trained to keep things hygienic? Anyways, what an awkward experience. She started being nice after I decided on Anastasia Beverly hills brow styling wax though. Probably cause she's gonna get some points or smtg ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff really just attend to a good looking customer or the customer who wear expensive items or clothes only. As if we don't have money to buy expensive stuff at their store. Duhhhh you just a worker over there not the owner ?. Big store but low quality staff.

I was looking and testing some products with my spouse that I didn't know existed and who intrigued me when a salesman came and cut us off and wouldn't let us continue our conversation.
I told him I didn't need any help and that's when he started following us around the store. We saw him contact security and another store employee to position themselves at the entrance thinking that we want to steal products.
I went to a counter of a brand to ask for information on a powder and the seller immediately called the adviser who began to advise me. They laughed at me and she left laughing and telling me without being advised.
I am flabbergasted by this way of proceeding and I went to see the seller asking him to stop following me that it scared me and that I did not feel comfortable.
He laughed at me and laughed in my face while rolling his eyes. I feel humiliated and left giving up the idea of buying cosmetics at sephora.
When I came out of the sign I saw the security guard and the counselor leaving the entrance.
I have never been treated like this and will never set foot in this store again with people treating tourists like this.
