★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my parents here for their Booster shot by Selangkah. (Sinovac)
-Really want to thank the nurses and doctors for being very nice and gentle with my parents.
-They inform patient well before giving them their booster vaccination as mentioned by my parents.
-There is a well ventilated waiting area with chairs for those who are queuing and waiting to be called. Don't worry as the nurses goes according to the number written on the form. Downside maybe just try to manage on who came first.
- If your worried about parking there is a basement parking at UBN tower itself (B3 unreserved parking) so just take the lift up its very convenient. First hour is RM7, but who's counting if you can afford to drive a car you can afford to pay for the parking as well.
-Booster vaccination certificate update to Mysejahtera was very fast as well, my parents managed to see it on their Mysejahtera within few hours.
Overall experience was very good and managed to finish both my parents within 45minutes.

Nurses are not so polite and poor service.
Called few days during working hours, different day, just to double confirm appointment, no one answer calls.
Today before we go, called at least 10 times no one pick up phone.
We reached there the staff all not there, no one told us what to do, only security ask us wait there with no further instructions.
15 minutes after the appointment time, i go and ask the nurse what time we will get number for vaccine, as expected, answer me just wait.
At last they didn't give number according to first come first serve, sumore still bad attitude toward customers who gave feedback to improve.
Overall, poor management, poor attitude of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for Sinovac Selangkah vaccination. It took around 1hr to complete everything from registration to jab. Nurses are ok and been helping people to check my sejahtera making sure all is ok.
Dr Farooq has very good skill in administering vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a booster jab on 21st January 2022 (3:00pm appointment) with my wife, Schwarmer at the Kl Clinic, UBN Tower, Kuala Lumpur recently. Unexpectedly, we were sincerely greeted & welcomed by Dr Farooq who gave us both the booster jabs all delicately by himself inside his spacious office. We felt so relaxed for the kind of hospitality he treated us & we have 100% confident in his professionalism and the advices he gave us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service for sinovac booster vaccination.My mom love the doctor's treatment very much compare to the 1st and 2nd dosage as she claims that 'no feeling' like of injection. Thank you very much Doctor Farooq. The front desk nurse is very friendly too.Keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with my husband for our booster jab. The nurses and staff was very helpful in attending to our questions and helping to solve any issues we had with mysejahtera app.
I got my jab from Dr. Farooq. He was very friendly and welcoming.
The whole experience was good and systematic.
Recommend to park at B3.
RM7 for first hour. RM4 for subsequent hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading some earlier of inefficiency, my experience here today was totally different. Very systematic. We waited at another unit next door to the clinic. Go in for jabs in tens. Very fast. Mysejahtera updated immediately after vaccination....
My kudos to the Malay lady doctor. She explained in detail. The jab was perfectly done. Asked me to breathe in and out during jab. Then showed the empty syringe.
Well done KL Clinic....
Only thing that got nothing to do with this clinic was the parking. At the end, I parked my car at Hawpar Tower...
