The consultant, Ms. Lallana, who attended to us was very professional and patient yet genuinely friendly - told us we didn’t need them to clean our ears as the condition was good. Listened attentively to our concerns, used a camera to show us what’s in our ears and did the hearing test for me, showed and explained in detail the results of my audio gram. I am extremely pleased that she answered our many questions empathically. Most impressive was when she recommended that we purchase ear lotions from a pharmacy and only told us that the lab has lotions for purchase when we enquired to what name brand to look (no upselling or hard selling). Consultation fee was minimal and very affordable.

Audiologist, Ms Lallana, services were excellent and professional, kind and understanding of my 86 years old mum difficult circumstances. During the test & removal of earwax, Ms Lallana was most kind, gentle in handling my mum and various professional advices given by Ms Lallana made me and my mum feel so at ease and confident of a good job would be done. Thanks Ms Lallana, my mum world is no longer silent... Your great services have brought joy to her living, removed our anxiety.
Other company / audiologist had rejected such onsite services to my mum due to the MCO and she being wheelchair bound.
Great job Ms Lallana and thumbs up for Listening Lab!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, patient, personalized service. If you ever need any ear cleaning or hearing aid, this place is definitely the go to place.
It was my 1st time to try ear cleaning with them, there is a consultation to check your ears before treatment and cleaning begins. They will explain each step along the way. Pandemic measures are all executed perfectly. The repeated sanitization before any steps just gives you an extra confidence that they mean business.
