★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience some much for friends recommendation , items I see but service don’t mention it ( no comment ) I finally understand why so many Hermes stuck at there , is because not satisfied with the service ( sometimes is not about the money but is the service that counts ) - when u been ask to come back and don’t event bother to ask for customers number to inform them when they are free to come back “ ya you can stay at that shop lovely bags “

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy here. Awful customer service skills. Some basic principles of customer service missing: welcoming greeting, listening to customers needs, and more importantly, professionalism. All of which I never experienced, both in store or online.

Horrible customer service. I paid for a full amount for a belt - RM1799. I enquired before paying if the belt is available. I was told by their staff that the stock is available. Only to be told after payment that stock is unavailable. But was asked to make a pre-order, where the delivery will take 7-12 days. This is already a red flag, but I proceeded due to the rating in Carousell, which I trusted. However the following week when I enquired I was informed that the belt will be sent the following day. No tracking number was given. After waiting for 2 days, I enquired again. Only to be told that the belt is actually another customer's and my belt is unavailable. Again I was told my belt delivery is pushed to by further a week. Up until Thursday, 26 May 2022 no update was given. I have to asked again, and was informed the delivery will be today or tomorrow. I was stern with my follow up messages and request for tracking number. The reply I receive was quite nasty from them e.g: 'u r not in this industry so just wait' 'then u go talk to custom'.

Paid for full amount. Zero initiative on updating item progression. They have very nice reviews over Carousell, which I have trusted on. (140 5 stars, not accurate at all) Should have searched for this shop online review before I jumped in. Nightmare experience. Do not buy from here unless you want to pay a lot and get treated like a trash. Terrible customer service, illiterate lack of capability to deliver promise (To deliver item in time.)
