★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and great unique designs for all ages. My parents and I purchased various garments and bags from their shop at Desaru Westin. There is prompt after sales service too, their senior person/owner responded to my email within an hour or two. Highly recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 11 year old, 8 year old, and myself brought visiting family to do a workshop this summer. We all chose to make a journal. It was educational and fun! We had such a lovely time! My children have been asking to return for their birthdays! Highly recommend Batik Boutique!

I had a lovely chat with the founder who told me about the social impact of the business and how it is supporting local people <3 I bought some gifts in the shop downstairs which are all beautiful. Everyone who works here was very kind and helpful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing to say but a BIG THANK YOU!!!! Oh my goodness your service is superb. I’ve purchased a mask earlier this morning 03/02/2021 and i got it the same day in the afternoon! I love it and what makes you guys special is that you have made an effort to even write a thank you card on top of my purchase! The design of the mask look better than the picture and im truly amazed!!! It feels comfortable and the design is fabulous that comes with a biodegradable pouch!!!! While other well known brands just place the mask into a clear foil you guys just paid a lot on the attention to details!!!!!! Love love love!!!!This is definitely not the end and iam looking forward to my next purchase!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Batik Boutique is an amazing company- it’s products are high quality and unique. I bought numerous batik gave masks when MCO started to give to friends and families. Love them and so have others who have my friends. The Boutique itself is a joy to be at and shopping is convenient! This is definitely a brand I’d promote to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought cards, masks and shirts that all my international friends simply love them for their motifs, designs, colors and of course the reason why I chose Batik Boutique - the joy of gifting with a purpose to honor the great work of Batik Boutique in promoting our local arts and artisans. Kudos!
However, I am unsure if care for the products or descriptions were included especially for the shirts as a friend was asking or it could be a label on the reserve side that he may has missed. It would also be interesting to describe the hand-blocked or hand-drawn batik process as it would be educational for our international friends too, especially my friends who may not have the time to do Google search on it.

I had Sarah bring me through the class and it was her first time hosting it herself. She was fantastic and I had a lot of fun. Before I came to class I was a little worried I wouldn't be artistic enough, but you get to practice a few times before the final one. And I finished and I'm quite happy with the journal cover I created!
I'm a tourist in Malaysia and found this to be a great local artistic experience to try.
