The Park Sky Residence Bukit Jalil - Malaysiapropertys - 57000 Kuala Lumpur

There are some eateries already opened but not sure, when this whole place opened? I always have a negative feeling when luxury condo built with shoplots in residential areas in M'sia....always ?

this condominium was the superb and the best place in Bukit Jalil before Pavilion has been opened. beautiful scenery and quite relaxing recreational environment including swimming pool, game room, roof garden and so on. But now the only thing you can hear is Pavilion air-conditioning compressor fan noises in the air. so sad, here could be heaven. I can't give this place less than 4 stars but I have to warn you about the current situation

Must read if you wanna call this place home !!! Pros -The gym is huge and very nicely equipped -Kids pool, chill area, bbq pit, swimming pool all nicely cleaned daily and arrange nicely -3br units get the park view and some with balcony AND these units get the lower car park floors with 2 car parks -walking distance to shops and Pavilion -all units are very nicely lay out with a wet kitchen plus a kitchen door -guards are super nice and perform their duties on point -management team is super nice as well with a spacious office -all units come with induction stove up ( this is either pro or con because you can’t really cook at high heat ) Now the CONS and there a lot -amenities still need appointments where as many many other condos in the area don’t need anymore ( hassle ) because if it’s nice and hot out at 3pm and you wanna head to the pool, you can’t !!! Ok make an appointment tmr at 3pm but who knows if tmr will rain ??? -gym is huge and AC is absolutely lacking at times. It’s a sauna in there in times !!! -units facing pavilion especially tower A and B with the construction of the hotel at the moment ( 14/3/2022 ) it’s loud and noisy starting at 8am untill 6pm. If you have work at this time. This wouldn’t bother you -units with 2BR only get 1 car park and that’s gonna be at a higher car park floor ( from 6th floor car park , you need 5mins just to get out of the condo ) -units with 2BR do not get balcony and all windows barely open. 2BR units also face south which the SUN is STRONG !!!!! ( AC on all day is needed ) make sure to add extra to your electricity bill for sure around 300 monthly, so don’t let the cheaper rent foul you. -the worst sound proofing in a condo. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbours are doing, every step. so just pray you have a normal mature neighbours with a 9-5 job or else you’ll be hearing foot steps all night if your neighbours are younger kids which there’s soooo much here !!!!! A lot of 16-22 yr old lads here -lower floors facing pavilion will face 2 bars which in the weekends !! You can enjoy their music free of charge especially that Gong Bar with all teenagers and their cheap techno music on weekends. This is with SOP and they have to close at midnight. Just imagine if they were to close at 4am. Make sure to leave the windows open for a breath of fresh smoke from their gang chain smoking out at the door -defects is non-stop here since it was poorly designed architecturally. Water seeping thru the ceiling. Toilet bowl leak. Light switches failure. Bedroom floor squeak. Shower head leak. -pavilion is open but there’s nothing in there and not much happening. I still have to go to Sunway or MidValley if I need shopping done. -2 units facing pavilion on every floor don’t get an entrance area -2 units on every floor will be right next to the garbage room. If that’s your thing. All in all. If you find a place for a good price. This place isn’t bad. But if prices get up to the mid 2s for a 950sq ft, go for other condos around here with much much better units and much much more well built.

It occurred to me that my car was being clamped at the visitor car park as some of the visitor parking are designated for drop off only. 1. At the registration, the security guard did not mention to me of which parking slot to park except for parking at level 1A and they did not mention that these parkings are designated for pick up and drop off for Grab car service only. 2. The parking lot indicated that it is a VISITOR PARKING on the floor, hence it wasn't made clear to me that these parking slots are not available for visitors and they are ONLY available for drop off. If that is the case, then the management should have the VISITOR PARKING being stated on the floor in the first place. 3. I have provided my contact number at the registration, if I am parking at the wrong spot, the management/guard should attempt to contact me for moving my car first before they clamped it. 4. The security guard mentioned to me that many visitors have encountered the same issue, and they are able to get their refund after appealing if it is the first offense. However, it was different in my case that the management decline my appeal and did not provide further explanation on this.

Plz update the residence name ! Goggle map search ,it’s The park sky residence or The park 2 sky residence bukit jalil,but guard house it’s show no “sky”. It’s will make ppls confuse if not familiar in this area. Thanks

Good place to stay and it is very convenient. Management is truly friendly and will helps you whenever you are having any issues. So far i do not run into any issue with them. I quite like the mymalton apps when comes to booking the use of the facilities. I believe it is similar case like when i was in Melbourne Australia. These helps in keeping the place safe and clean. However, i just do not comprehend why some tenant still throwing rubbish or cigaratte buds from top of their unit windows despite many reminder from the management. Probably low class mentality...

Suppose to be a high end condo by Malton but the quality of the construction under their own main contractor was very poor. The customer service of Malton even worst, never respond to unit defects for weeks despite weekly reminders. The worst developer that I ever buy my properties from. I wonder the top management really cares on their after sales services?
