★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a high class residential apartment with lowest class of management. We were stranded because of sudden and uninformed shut down on all lifts include the service lift on a Sunday morning. No one answer call at management office, obviously on a Sunday! Control room lines are unattended during this emergency moment.
Think twice if you want to buy or rent a place here. We will not extend the tenancy for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitor Parking is very dark in daytime and no any security there to guide you.
If you visit there, be careful ！！！！
because their security house won’t tell you should park in the correct parking lot by number.
And their visitor card also didn’t mention about that.
Also they didn’t contact with residents to move the car .
They did nothing but ask you pay money.
In my case , in the night they turn off light try to scare me than ask for money .(no receipt for this money.)
They made trap for someone who firs time go there .
How a worst security and manager system.
Feel so sad for 5 star condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was away from the busy streets, a nice way to relax and enjoy. The condo unit that we've stayed at was superb, friendly guards and our host was great. You have access to all their facilities. Couldn't ask for more when we visited their infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the whole community. We will definitely come back to this place, and if you too want to have a quiet and relaxing experience come and visit Malaysia and stay at this magnificent place. You surely would get your money's worth. Thank you Twin Arkz and most especially to our hosts.
