★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)The cockroaches problem is real. The reason is all the kitchen work has so many gaps for them to hide.
2) Most important Worst parking, I rented in 23rd floor and my parking at level 6, you have take 12+ turns/floors to come out. SO many vehicles got scratched. The architects are bunch of drunkards. Agent did not reveal parking secret until got keys in hand.
3)Big balconies facing opposite tower units, and small second (just able to setup Home Office for two people) and third rooms(storage room, since owner did not share storage area keys).
4)Overly priced for owning and renting.
5)Ever since I rented here the park entrance is closed and alarm sound from the park electricity building so loud at night and won't stop for hours. Big nuisance as you can't take advantage of the fresh air coming from the park.
6)Main entrance very slippery when it rains, even car with new Michelin XM2+ (specially designed for wet roads) starts to hydroplaning effect and at times felt very scared.
7)Owners not sharing storage area with tenants.
8) Security team really nice and ambiance also good.
9)Amenities are good, but not able to use even for a day, due to covid.

Very badly isolated building.
No privacy in the units as the walls and doors arenot isolated, same thing for neighbours, can hear everything. On and off drilling is unbearable, its so loud that it feels like someone is drilling right next to your ears.
Some facilities are still closed for no reason.
Facilities close at 9pm, even games room etc, no logic behind it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay, great location, every morning early park jogging become my routine now, can't wait to see pavillion and opposite tropika shoplots to open. Ppls who stay here are so friendly and helpful too. The only downsides are slow management responses (can't blame them because of covid, office is closed during MCO and now only few staffs are working) and sometimes you might hear some noise from the tropika construction site, luckily is just temporarily

The building designed very well
Nice place real luxury
Long walking distance to train station
Still new
The prices are good
U can get 2 room with balcony and bathroom nice kitchen for 1800 a month
The rooftop is adorable it's good for weekend chilling
The great thing there is market inside the building on level 9 for the residence it will be really useful when it's can open 24/7 after this situation hopefully soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM RESIDENSI SKYLUXE. DON’T STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET. Especially the unit shown in the photos. The whole unit smells terrible particularly Bathrooms. The unit also full of cockroaches. The cockroaches keep coming in from the front door to the Kitchen. Some coming in from the Bathroom to the Master Bedroom then end up on the Mattress. You will have to sleep with the cockroaches for the rest of your life. And then there is dog barking nuisance. There is one stupid owner owned dog but doesn’t know how to take care of dog. The dog seriously causing nuisance to the neighbourhood and environment by incessant barking. You won’t be able to sleep. The whole building also full of defects and under some kind of heavy major repair works. Each and every day you will hear extremely loud wall hacking and floor hacking noise. There are people complained about these 9 months ago. Unfortunately, there will be no end for this. There will be a long way to go. This building is unliveable. GO AWAY NOW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place. Great KL Skyline view & Bukit Jalil Park. Agree that the management is slow & isn’t giving the best customer service but they still address the issues.
For noise it all depends on which level is your unit & where does it face, likewise for parking, the upper floors parking lots are gonna complain but the rest who have a lower parking level this isn’t an issue (which stated in agreement when purchasing the unit from developer).
Facility looks great & classy. Easy access to major highways from bukit jalil such as MEX, MRR2, KESAS. Also beside the Bukit Jalil park, near to Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Schools, Golf Course, LRT & Stadium.
