โ โ โ โ โ Friendly and helpful staff. Big selection of pet products and no problems to return our dog collar which we had purchased in wrong size. Open on sundays which is helpful. Parking not too bad but is a busy area.

โ โ โ โ โ This branch not well stocked. But I go there regularly to buy cat's tinned foods, as they always have special offers. They also operate a fairly good loyalty card system whereby you can use your points to redeem part of your purchasw.

โ โ โ โ โ I think they may have just opened. If not, then they're stock and inventory management is all over the place. The staff were super friendly and helpful but it took them the better part of 15 minutes to track down the last bag of greenies in the back of a store room. Other than that it seems like quite a nice pet shop with a lot of supplies. They sell sugar gliders here as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent selection of cat and dog products. Place is clean and inviting. Staff are helpful and friendly. Had some questions about grooming service and the onsite groomer was kind enough to take time to assist.

โ โ โ โ โ Address of store on Google Map was not updated. The store is no longer visible from LDP highway now, but facing the market street in Taman Megah. The store had limited aquarium products and the item bought was double the price of similar product sold at Cheras Aquarium. Customer service was pleasant.

โ โ โ โ โ Was scouting for a sugar glider for my son. Fortunately there were available. Thanks to the staffs who shared his personal experience and knowledge.
Staff was nice to let us hold the suggie. While understanding their habits and natural instinct. Well we didn't instantly bought a pet as still familiarizing with the animal and my son still needs to earn it! Highly recommended shop as they have multiple outlets not far apart.
