★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all old buildings it has its quirks. Lived there for 10 years plus and counting. I love the approach with the trees and before the guard house you see alot of bougainvilleas planted in the planters. The property has a unblocked view of the sea and if you live in it give the unit some TLC and it would be wonderful.

one built on a rock and NOT on RECLAIMED LAND like many of the NEWER Condos! Built up also 1030 sq.ft
onwards costing under$500K with low
maintainance cost. Beautiful unobstruckted seaview.Quiet and breezy
and pleasant ambiance....love it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay for vacation remote from town , superb sea view from balcony and also the master room is facing the sea which has glass panel . The apartment has all facilities even cooking can be done. Clean , quite and cosy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older building with beautiful sunset views, walking distance from the beach, has little pool, older gym, squash court and table tennis table in the building, 24/7 security and underground parking. A quiet and peaceful place surrounded by big trees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in airbnb apartment for 9 weeks. Steep hill from main road to the Reef. May need a car if not fit. Out side looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint.
4 lifts to all floors. Security personnel on main entrance 24 hours.
Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. The balcony went all along front with wonderful views of the beach and bay.
Sun in afternoon and marvelous sun sets.
No local shops but very friendly Miami Bay Cafe at bottom of the hill.
