β β β β β The apartment is actually at Sri Sayang Apartment. So don't think it is on different building.
Anyway the apartment was nice, bersih, dapur boleh pakai (tapi bawa kuali sendiri supaya tak perlu samak).
Utk pergi beach kena cross jln besar dan lalu tepi hotel Rasa Sayang.
Kena drive 2 minit ke pekan feringhi utk cari restoran atau stall.
The apartment is actually at Sri Sayang Apartment. So don't think it is on different building.
Anyway the apartment was nice, clean, the kitchen can be used (but bring your own pan so there is no need to tan).
To go to the beach you have to cross the main road and then to the edge of the Rasa Sayang hotel.
Need a 2 minute drive to feringhi town to find a restaurant or stall.

Cuma some door knobs and selak-kunci dah lama, so susah nak fungsi. Water pressure in the shower pun kurang sikit, but this is of course not the host's fault.
I would give more βs if only there's free parking. U enter with T&Go card, and the charge is ridiculous. Add that to your homestay bill, memang x murah la.
Getting food here pun susah. We use GrabFood. Driving out to merely buy food would cost you another round of parking charge when u park back at this residence.
The foreign guards are courteous and helpful despite ada laa sikit2 language prob, biasala org luar.
