Mussten 1 Std. auf den Schlüssel warten (obwohl eine fixe Uhrzeit ausgemacht war), daher 1 Stern Abzug!
 Perfect hotel room, everything clean.
Had to wait 1 hour for the key (although a fixed time was agreed), therefore 1 star deduction!
