β β β β β Got ants on the floor and the table, the body wash didnβt refill (it was totally empty), hair dryer have a scorched smell, we have total 5 ppl but only provide us 2 toothbrushes

β β β β β My unit was not convenience because not able to see the view directly. The unit had been tranform to two unit bedrooms from originally one unit bedroom. It so cramped with the furniture and partition. It was not as advertised. Very dissapointed.

β β β β β Right in the heart of KL city with a fabulous swimming pool and top class security services. Conveniently located along Jalan Pudu across a top-notch medical center Tung Sing. Within walking distance to many shopping centers in KL and food clusters.

β β β β β Booked this place via AirBnB (unit # N-09-05) for about 2 months and it was not a pleasant stay. This was not the unit I initially wanted but had no choice but to take this unit as the one I wanted was taken. Full of cockroaches (will find one practically every day crawling out either from under my clothes, my shoes, food cupboard, on the dining table, under the TV, around the floor!), NO SMOKING sign in the unit but there's cigar smoke flying in from outside the unit everyday, creepy and not so nice neighbours (there's a Middle Eastern family staying at N-09-07, who is also an AirBnB operator who's just really rude and unprofessional), walls are so thin that you can practically hear people walking outside of the unit and doors banging at all odd hours of the day and there's this gawd-awful smell everyday coming in from the lift lobby and along the corridors. Host wasn't very accomodating either. Despite telling her about the roaches and cigar smells, did not offer to put me up at another unit of hers. No balcony, so clothes don't dry easily and there's a sour smell on the clothes (no thanks to no air circulation) despite hanging to dry for 2 weeks. There's a baby on the unit above who crys constantly and the mother, unbelievably does not do anything at all to pacify the child. I had to call the management to step in. The Robertson name sounds so glamourous but lots of dodgy lodgers staying here.

β β β β β I stayed there with my husband for 10 days. I only had a problem when the shower hose leaked, and the next day they replaced it right away. A washing machine and cooking utensils are also provided, so I feel at home there. Minus: the chandelier above the dining table looks like it about to come off...scary

β β β β β Good. Affordable. Location is awesome. Room is comfy. Facilities are top class. Wife and kids love the place. Will definitely come again and recommend to others =)

β β β β β Advantages: affordable price, strategic location, spacious unit with kitchen and wardrobe.
Disadvantages: to enter the unit is a bit difficult (the host is not communicative), not very clean, washing machine is broken (however the host compensate to wash our cloths).
Conclusion: worth the price.
