★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great great vacation spot to forget about work and just relax while surrounding yourself with nature. As the location is far on the hills, we took the complete package of 4d3n with meals including breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner. We even opted for the floating breakfast. The staff will bring you for a nature walk and you will be lead to a waterfall. Food was great. The fancy dinner is slightly on a higher price (RM400) for two pax. We also opted for movie screening but the internet was down. Our room is beyond great. We had Begonia suite where the pool is joint with your suite. It was like a paradise vacation.

They keep asking us to change our date to accommodate their customers who are in a big group but late for booking (we already made booking earlier to secure our room and date). This is totally unfair to us though we are only 2 pax!!
Your big group of customers are more important than us just because we are only 2 pax?? So what's the point I made booking earlier and how rude you treat your customer in this way!! You are not a considering organisation that treat every customers fairly! How can a booking made and simply change their date just to fit in your other customers timing??
Not only that, we told we can't changed the date as it has been confirmed, they asked us to change to other room which is not something I want! They want us to share room with other couples! I insisted I want more privacy and Im not changing any room, lastly they asked us to CANCEL our trip and they will fully refund our booking!!! What's wrong with you!!!! Is this the correct way you managing your services???
You totally spoiled our vacation mood! Your pictures show really beautiful photos but the way you managing your business is UGLY!! You are not deserved we spend even 1 cent to stay at your place!!

Thank you for such a cozy and warming stay! Had a pleasant stay at The Kemboja Villa, and the service given by the staff was great. Not to forget, the food was wonderful and they managed to set it all up in front of our bedroom. All around, we had a good time. Will come back again!

Staff were helpful and friendly. They attended to all our requests
Food was yummy and good
We did however noticed that the resort was a tad run down but we also understand it may be due to the long hiatus during mco periods
Can I ask what is the shampoo and body shower gel brand u guys use in the resort
I can’t get enough of the scent and some of my girlfriends were asking too

We are really enjoyed with this place. The food was really nice and tasty. Also the ATV are new experience. The view are awesome and highly recommending. Except swimming pool not clean. Besides that we are really enjoyed it.
*we left the chocolate on refrigerator and enjoy it*
