β β β β β Bad experience..i came in due to swollen gum, when Dr.Kelvin checked my mouth he immediately mention that its my wisdom tooth without even looking closely to see its not even in that region.
Furthermore, he did scalling for one tooth..but failed to mention that its not covered under my insurance. Which caused me RM40 for the single tooth! I believe all dentists need to check and inform their patients of their insurance coverage prior procedure. I would not recommend and wouldn't be going back there again.

β β β β β The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist(dr low jo ann) was very nice and informative. She provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

β β β β β Brought my daughter here on short notice. Found out that her filling came off, overall my daughter is fine with the doctor and I'm pleased with the facility available here although the parking is a bit hard to find.

β β β β β Good place to visit. Dr and staffs are so kind and friendly. Their service is good. They explained my condition clearly. Dr also teach the proper way for oral care. Will visit again fot another session.

β β β β β The clinic is spotless, im suprised with the staff. especially the nurse. I got her name, Akilah. She is working and handling alone from admin work to being nurse to the doctor. You got a very good staff there. Hardworking and Loyal.
She is super friendly, always accommodating. When i did my scaling, i talked to a usual there. The usual's that come to the clinic said she treated them like family. Hopefully Tiew can add another nurse to ease her job or give her raise so its parallel to her effort.
Dr Kristy is also so friendly and kind, she is firm and very professional at what she is doing. an excellent Dr. please keep her around.

manner and high standard of work have been excellent.The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. Only have good things to say about this dental practice. The
dentists and staff are friendly, helpful and genuine and always seem to add a personal touch. The results of theircosmetic work are extremely impressive also. Very recommended! I love this dental clinic ?
