Dr is very thorough in checking my teeth. The only downside is maybe need to train the nurse on doing suction because she kinda do it so rough until the corner of my lips were teared. My face especially nose were splash with water from the equipment during the whole process and luckily i am no drown. ??‍♀️

Thanks Dr Cindy Wong for saving my day. Had a bad toothache and swelling. Luckily Dr Cindy Wong is very patience and gentle, making sure I understand fully the treatment that I'm getting. No pain during root canal treatment, even better after treatment. A plus point is they make me feel really safe despite Covid-19. They are operating with extra precaution during MCO. Multiple times hand spray, temperature check, record details, room spray etc. Five star service, very recommended! Will definitely come back again!

a year ago, my teeth cracked and split into 2.. I went to Tiew Dental because it is nearby me. The dentist(Dr Cindy) was good when giving treatment, but what I dislike was they will give you multiple of advise with some expensive treatment. At that time I wanted to remove my cracked tooth, but the dentist advise me not to extract it but to keep it with treatment like root canal, crowning etc.. and of course it cost a lot too. Then I asked her can I do permanent fillings rather the expensive treatment, lastly she suggest to do a temporary filling because she said scared later might have sensitive and infection, and I agreed on that because leave me no other choice and paid around RM140. But after a while it came off, I went back to the clinic and they do a new fillings for me but no charges this round. They did called me in between to check on my tooth and ask me to go back for the checking, but I'm only free on weekend so it didn't happen to meet up with Dr Cindy for almost a year. And recently my tooth bring me some issue, starting to numb & sensitive with little bot of pain, and I was on leave that day and I called up to check if there's any slot but unfortunately it's fully booked. Was disappointed, even the next day also wasn't able to book, but after complaining a little they called me back later in the afternoon by telling me that 1 of the patient didn't make it and asked me if I'm available and I went for it. cut it short, Dr Cindy remove the temporary fillings and reoplace it with a permanent fillings. But she still suggest me on the root canal & crowning etc treatment, but out of my reach and I rejected it. But after 2 days, the fillings give issue, worst than before. Started to feel the pain & sensitive, even drinking water I feel it and it hurting. I call them up to make appointment to remove it, and also asking abuot the charges since my permanent fillings not working and last only 2 days after I paid for another RM140, their answer to me is they will charge as usual another RM120 plus minus, depends on the tooth conditions (in total I will have to paid up 400-500 when you need to pay only 120 for extractions). This is killing me softly, they suggest you something to just slowly make you pay more rather just do the extractions earlier - one time off and to do booking also another issue, always fully booked and expect you to come whenever they are free and not you. And I argue with the receptionist/ assistant over the phone about the booking & charges, and also asking for the which number can I call to complain. she said to me "I give to you, you write down.." I told her that I have no pen but request to send the number to me but she reject by saying she can't (by the way she's Siti). I will not go back to this clinic anymore, its just so unprofessional and disappointed.
