β β β β β Very bad experience with this travel agency! I did visa application with this agency and informed them my collection date and time for my passport one day earlier.
However, they were not operating on the day! They should informed me upon I make confirmation with them!

The tour leader can scolded the client and provided wrong information during tour period. I think this is worse travel agency in Malaysia.
