★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order thru Grab for this restaurant, when I get the food. The food taste plain. They give me a plenty of chicken in it. BBQ Chicken in Dpulze is way much better than in IOI City Mall. At Dpulze, they give me food while it still hot and the chicken they give exactly like when dine-in or in the Menu.. ughh learn from DPulze franchise! I wanted to cry cuz the food are quite expensive, but the presentation look like below RM15. I cant pick location to Dpulze cuz it not appear on my Grab app., thats why I ordered to IOI City Mall.. and this is the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty . I wanted to wash my hands and the sink ????. The floor look it was never mop or sweep. The staff can be quite rude to customer. Pane mushroom taste like milk rather than mushroom. Well it's creamy. Chickens were overcooked. And system for cashless/credit/debit were down. Disappointing. What a shame!
