★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the server like don't have proper manners of "Hi, Sir/ ma'am" but using "halo" like she's the customer all way round.. a folk auntie, the young lady at cashier was very kind of smile whenever facing customer. not saying young or old but as a fnb ppl,if you don't have proper manners practice, then you'll only disgrace the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great but the service quality needs to be improved. One of the service crews made mistakes twice: served wrong dishes and not placing orders, resulting in 30 mins waiting time.
Both mistakes happened when the restaurant has not more than three tables, non-peak hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely find Kelantan style foods in cafe like this, and it taste good. The foods price are on the high side. However, we have a very bad experience with the serving plate. It keeps turning around, and doesn't really serve a good purpose. Besides the service was also slow and unpleasant.
