β β β β β High maintenance cost, free gym and pool (closed during quarantine), pipes and faulty conpartment will be your own responsibility to fix and repair, noise curfew around neighbours arent too bad enough. Room preset are usually 3 personal room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, kitchen combined with wide living room. Very Great location with (free) bus, genting taxi and monorail access to major shopping malls and uni, lots of stalls too. Medium traffic precinct.

β β β β β Was here in 2019 with my host that lived there. We got the big flat, super. I used to swim there too but storm was coming? Not bad to stay la.

β β β β β Quite a well maintained condominium. Walking distance to the chow kit monorail and also to the titiwangsa lrt Station. Makes it easier to commute for sightseeing or for walk. Amenities includes pool, basketball court, squash court, table tennis, sauna and gymn. Downstairs there are a few mamaks, few makan place , a 7 eleven and 99 speed mart. Walking distance to hkl, a lot of residents are actually healthcare workers.
