★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the counter for more than a minute, waited for the young lady to finish looking at her mobile phone only to realize another staff was slightly behind her. Bought an apple pie, blackforest cake, mango cheese cake and chocolate cake which cost RM50++ (NOT CHEAP) in 4 different boxes. I was told twice that I need to hold those boxes of cakes and if I want a plastic bag, RM0.20 will be imposed. Unfriendly and rude staffs. Cakes are not extraordinary; utterly disappointed on such steep price combined with poor services. Oh well, first and last time cos so many other bakery and confectionary shops at Puchong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some swiss rolls , durian cake and durian puffs via Grab. Happy to report that everything arrived safely. As for the duriancake and puffs, the durian filling were quite generous. Sweet cravings satisfied today, will definitely order again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened on 9th May 2021. While everyone was following MCO’s SOP, your male employee, blatantly served one customer who jumped queue when others are queuing outside the cake house. The male employee and the queue jumper obviously do not know queuing etiquette because he gets to buy the last piece of hazelnut cake that I picked and I was told by another female employee by the name of Wendy that the cake was just sold to the queue jumper. It’s so NOT FAIR, and one customer who were queuing behind me left in disgust because the alternative cake I bought was the last cake in your shop. Negative rating, unprofessional staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combine with Bean Jr. although they said they're different company but I think same owner b'cos I saw another outlet in Sri Petaling, they're also combine together. Not a bad idea, where you can enjoy soybean desserts and drinks while eating cake.
What I like here, they have individual mini cake and all the design cake very attractive. Not expensive....starting from Rm$13 onwards for 1 mini ring cake. Shld comeback to try their signature durian musang cake as their signature cake but walnut cake,a bit dried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste wise everything was good! Bought black forest Cake and apple pie. Black forest was quite satisfying. However, the apple pie seems to be more like a raisin pie, as there were many raisins instead of apple. Again, taste wise was not bad, just the raisins~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and nice decor. Quiet and not crowded. Nice to place to be. Must try the mango shaved ice bean is nice and aromatic. But can't say the same for the tofu fah version. The apple and blueberry are not nice. The filling are too sweet. The pie pastry is soggy.
