★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today during lunch our to pick up my unifi simcard. per-registered on the website. supposed to come and pick up only.
Not so crowded during lunch hour. No queuing. Parking was easy along side Lorong Madras. Still plenty of parking when I arrived at around 1.15pm.
There's a TM staff waiting at the entrance. She will assist you to do your business. Quite friendly too. Spent 30mins here as the staff need to cross check my simcard before handing over to me. Overall pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They workers are slow and lazy. Not many people in there and we had to wait like 45mins for our turn. The workers were practically just walking around, chit chatting and laughing away. Man.. Ain't nobody got time for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to move my broadband service from unifi to astro/maxis, TM did not inform me that I must await an email for up to ,10 days. The result was I visited them twice with no result, so beware TM has fixed procedure's but they don't always tell you the details. I only found out I had to wait for an email after an online chat lasting 2 hours. So 80rm and 12 hours wasted so far and no result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to return BTU because of termination. The process very smooth. Just need scan mysejahtera, scan face at the guard table there, and Inform them about our business there they will give queue number and just need to wait till our number been called.
