β β β β β Very rude promoter/sales staff. I asked for the price and she rudely stared at me and ask "Do you have budget to buy this?" as if I don't have money to buy the product. Very poor service.

β β β β β Poor services. I asked for a new spring 2019 product called "EXPOSED CHEEK PALETTE" is it available? And she says "Don't have, its out of trend". I was like HUH?!! This is a brand new product and you told me this with a stinky face.

β β β β β Was looking at a particular highlighter for a good 15-20 mins with my friend. Just as she wanted to get it, only then the staff was βsorry this item is out of stockβ, She could have saved us the time & trouble of mentioning the item was out of stock.

β β β β β I came here looking for an everyday foundation. I found that none of the colours really suited my face (made me look ashy, wrong undertones) but the sales girl who was helping me INSISTED that it was the right tone. She got very agitated when I said it doesn't match. I also mentioned that I normally want to test the foundation for a few hours to make sure I don't get a rash (as some make up makes my skin break out and eyes itch), to which she replied, "some of my customers also have allergy, but still can wear, just have to see doctor and take some medication". you are kidding me right?

she can do a way better job than other brands really isn't professional at all. Even blamed us for not being sure of what we want. So disappointed, Nars has really good products but because of promoters like that, it really discourages customers!

β β β β β I've heard some good reviews and much recommendations about Nars, but was driven away by the poor attitude of the shopping assistant. We asked for something natural-looking which she recommended something not quite suitable for our liking. We simply asked to try a different product when she hurled back rude remarks saying that we were the ones that requested natural and that WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WANT. She was so arrogant and still insisted on her methods, which drove us away from the shop.

β β β β β Just adding to the slew of bad reviews of this particular outlet because, why not?
Came here months ago with someone who was looking for blush. She tested several of them with a tall guy attending to us as the other female salesperson ignored us. Like another reviewer mentioned, after finally settling on a particular color he only then mentions that all of those blushes were discontinued.
I wasn't sure I heard right because...what? He then starts speaking to me like I'm a child that doesn't understand English, "Discontinued means that...etc."
Lol. Why have products that are discontinued on display? Why do the employees here lack common sense or professionalism? Go to the outlet at KLCC where the SA's aren't gross to the point of being embarrassing.

β β β β β I went in with pajamas and slippers feeling abit nervous of how they might treat me looking like that.
The staff was very quick to attend to me juggling while attending and sending off another customer. She was very friendly and helped me with the shades for the concealer. I am a lil indecisive and was taking some time to find my shade but she was very patient and helpful. There was no stock for the product mentioned so i could not buy it at the time yet she still helped and recommended me to take a pic of the shade name as reference for next time if i do decide to buy. Thank you for the service <3
