★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really get tension today at this stupid maxis centre cozs, they don't want let me go inside the center....even do i finished my 2 dozs but my sejahtera showing yellow color cozs I'm staying at red zone.....u dummy center think everybody get positif ha in red zone....?but at sunway piramid maxis ....I can enter.....I'm going to terminate maxis line in future cozs of one stupid old men there in your center...

There also you can get a latest hand phone.

Asked her a question abt where i can get a phone cover for my phone since they dont sell a compatible one at their place and she gave me a look like I asked a dumb question. Everything i asked she would response in a sarcastic tone like i was asking a dumb question. I don't know much about handphones so be helpful ok? Isn't that ur job?? Customers have the right to ask- even the most simplest and basic question like where can i get a handphone cover for my phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a good paymaster and paid cash here for monthly due. However one day Maxis HQ sent a letter stating I did not pay but upon checking with this branch, I was cleared. The next month it happened again and I told HQ to check your accounts properly but they pointed the finger at me yet a visit to this branch confirmed I’m clean. The third month I get another red letter so I blew my top and told the branch I wanted to close my account coz I’m a bad paymaster as far as Maxis is concerned yet again they cleared me. Eventually after triple checking my account, they even found I overpaid, the branch manager came out and asked me to accept his apologies on behalf of HQ. I said I could not accept because I did not want him to take the blame for some S&@T their HQ did and made it clear to all those there too who listened attentively. I said they are not indispensable and there are alternative Telcos so let it be a lesson to HQ not to be so stuck up.
