★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called toll free to send a small parcel by TNT to London. They quoted to me and the price looks good. They gave an address and we went there but it was Fedex only services . The TNT service person did not mention this during the call . I described the items to be sent and the guy on phone said its OK . But at the Fedex / TNT station they said I needed an msds since my item was liquid . The person also had opened the box which I had carefully packed to examine and this wasnt mentioned in that toll free call I made to TNT . For such a big reputable company the service / advise given on the phone was suprisingly bad .
