★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing first, they have automated top up machine in one of their touch n go lanes. Which is quite convenient for driver. Like most of the tolls, you don't need to park your car and get down to top up.
The bad part, I use my MyKad for toll. One of the day, my IC was not detected, can't even top up, then I noticed the card got cracked hence it doesn't work fine. In one of the counters, I told them about this and asked if I could buy a new card. The staff said no more selling cards here, that's an awkward answer. Then I asked how do I pass this toll now? The guard came, there was another car passing by, he stopped the car and borrowed his card for me, let me pass and asked me to pay cash to that guy. It was even more awkward. However I'm thankful for the other driver and the guard.
But seriously, they should have a better contingency plan.
