Worker named Ja Ja just shouting at us "expired expired" when she saw our Enrich coupons, the returned and chased us away because we cannot use our Enrich coupons, claim cannot be used (which was confirmed by the hotel still can be used). Damn embarrasing, never coming back here again. Stupid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not satisfied with the quality of food and the price. They are even too stingy to give you an empty cup or plain water. The beverages are so expensive. The service attitude by the waiters are very bad. Disappointed with the amount of money spent. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some members of our family of 8 chat group and invited guests came to this Trattoria to celebrate my niece birthday. This restaurant serves family-style Italian dishes. The eatery exudes a warm and friendly ambience. Both indoor and outdoor seating areas, overlooking the poolside provides a relaxing feel. Each ordered they favourite dishes , drinks and desserts. Everyone enjoyed the dinner thoroughly. The crew service is courteous and efficient. Prices are reasonable for the casual but pleasant dinning experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ikmal (our server) was the most helpful and polite. We came to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. The food and wine was really good. But I want to note that Ikmal went the extra mile to bring us a slice of cake with a candle, before I could even ask for one. Kudos, definitely I will be back again in the future. Good job Tosca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Staffs cannot speak proper english. Keep getting our orders wrong. And keep standing around but not service us. I had to walk to them to order food, and wqlk to them to remind them of the food they forgot to serve us. A glass of wine took me 3 reminders, yet not delivered. I cancel it as I was upset, only to be charged in the bill.
They claim they are under-staffed, but there were just 3 or 4 tables.
Wonder why DoubleTree have such horrible service standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a low seating capacity so it's quiet. Good for dates. I had their MYR 52 antipasto and cheese buffet. The salad and cured meats are average but the cheeses. If you love cheese, like me, this is the place to come to. Over 35 different types of cheese. From soft to hard, white to blue, non-matured to fully matured. So, safe to say, I went nuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and disappointing dining experience. Dessert has a terrible burnt taste and it doesn't look appetizing. The wait time was too long, about 30 minutes for a dessert (the waiter should inform us before taking order, not after order was placed).
The air conditioner was not really working and the whole atmosphere was rather damp. It isn't what I expect from a five-star hotel restaurant.

Their signature terramisu and the chocolate with ice cream.
Were freshly baked. Excellent taste and enjoyed them both.
Arabian mint tea with honey was only flavored tea bag so wasn’t that strong mint flavor I was looking for so just okay not a big deal.
Clean place and quiet too.
