The plans developed by TRP has helped me, someone who barely runs, improve my fitness tremendously. The programs are suitable for people for all levels of fitness. The group of runners are a great bunch, always encouraging me. I can plod along while others fly overtaking me and still have time to encourage me to go faster. What I appreciate most is that attention to the running form/posture, (Mark even pays attention to the placement of the thumb to optimise aerodynamics) which reduces the chances of injuries. My Saturday and Sunday mornings would not be right if I do not attend the TRP sessions

I started as a leisure runner and never think running can be so fun until I join The Running Plan (TRP). The enjoyment is not only coming from the β€œpower of group”, but the techniques, motivation and advices from TRP which makes a solo sport like running become a team sport. Great coaches Jeff, Mark and Michelle have gradually improved my running form, and also the encouragement and support from my running mates all the times. Running HM is almost impossible for me last time, but now I can do it in sub-2. I am grateful I join TRP, and make running an important part of my life. Thanks TRP.

I joined The Running Plan in September 2018, in less than a year training with The Running Plan group sessions & 14 weeks structure training program, I am improving a lot of my fitness, running skills & performance too. Now I managed to smash all my personal best. Full Marathon time from 4:42 down to 3:52. Half Marathon time from 1:58 down to 1:46.

It's one thing to have experienced coaches to guide you, but when you get coaches who are genuinely passionate about running to share their thoughts and work out a training plan based on proven track records (no pun intended), it makes it that much easier to achieve your goals! Attended an individual session, picked up a plan and confidently introduced friends to a small group session as well after I saw some progress in my own training. One step closer thanks to the folks at The Running Plan!

Fantastic! I've been training with TRP for almost 2 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to any runner. All abilities are catered for with a great mix of people. Sessions are well planned and organised. Very refreshing that classes are constantly reviewed/changed with new and exciting sessions always being added. Jeff and Mark are two very accomplished runners and coaches offering sound advice to help achieve your running goals. 5 stars!

In preparation for StandChart Marathon 2019, I signed up with The Running Plan Classes with an objective of finishing in better shape and timing. After participating in 10 classes, under their coach watchful eyes and encouragement, I have a better understanding of the running technique and form. Just ran a half marathon, and noticed that I was not so pumped out at the end of the run. Timing wise, a slight improvement, but as a senior citizen, I am happy with it. Thank you coaches.

I joined TRPs' group class with the objective of learning how to add structure to my running. That was a year ago. I've continued to attend the classes as nothing beats training in a group where we encourage and push each other beyond our perceived limits. What's really great is that the group class is structured to accommodate runners of different fitness levels whilst still running together. A testament to the fantastic coaches. Personally, I've seen improvement in my running form and time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to hit a PB, improve technique or just keep fit.

I started training with The Running Plan over a year ago and attended one on one as well as group sessions with Jeff and Mark and they made a huge difference in improving my running. The sessions are always fun and provide the right mix between challenging and enjoyable. Whether you're a runner or a triathlete or simply trying to get fitter you couldn't ask for a better team that the TRP team to help you achieve your running goals!!
