Toyota Capital employee from junior level to managerial level not even one have a proper manner to talk with a customer.Don't get a loan from them and regret later!They are professionally lacks and less knowledgeable!What The Fish :@

โ โ โ โ โ Regret taking loan from Toyota Capital.Their staff working attitude like Ah Long in the streets asking for $$$. A non-professional approached. Not sure why Toyota Capital employed this kind of staff which have low IQ like an animal. I think animal think better than them. Hope the management get their staff's train on how to handle customer.

Received RM9 Notice after payment had been made one week prior.
Extremely rude personnel and unprofessional staff.
Next car won't be Toyota.

I was the first in line for the first 13 minutes, then suddenly became the second until about the 22-minute. Then became the first in line again until 33minutes.
Was that a faulty system? Or only 1 customer service is working and they take 30 minutes to settle one call?
