i made an appointment for a regular service and request for pickup at 10.30am but till now (12.30pm) no one come to pick up or bother to give a call. Note: there's banner at the service centre stated free pickup and delivery.

Not as warm or friendly like their PJ Jalan 217 branch but their Service Agent abang Yus is good. App has status update but not so effective.

Due to MCO & Covid19, thats why give the center a try as i could just drop the car and go home, around 5km from my place. Previous center was cheras area ~15km away for all services before C19. I am ok with the mechanics, did a test drive with them. They are ok & fix the issue, not too sure later still got noise or not as i went 2nd time due to the same issue + another new issue. Previously i send to another service center at Cheras/KL area. No issue with them, just hard to drop the car on weekdays as it is far away. WHY 1 STAR? 2x service at this center. 1st time service then my car start to gave issue. They did a major service included the gearbox oil and alignment balancing. And i went for a long distance drive, the gearbox was having a gearshift error, i need to stop my car, restart 2x to stop the noise. Went back for checking, they "cold/hot" reset my gearbox, now no issue, let wait for next long trip balik kampung. 2nd time service, this time I asked the advisor and double confirm with the advisor, I want full synthetic engine oil. He said yes, it is. In the end, it was semi-synthetic and the receipt is correct. But I even double confirm with him by looking at the monitor. He pointed it is fully-synthetic. How could it be possible it still go wrong with the working order? anyway, the receipt is correct, semi-syn. To my surprise, I checked back the previous 1st service receipt, IT IS SEMI-SYN. All my previous service with another center is Full-SYN. Previous 1st service, I didnt noticed the empty engine oil bottle because i trust service center wont make a mistake. This 2nd service, i doubted them because during the warranty claim, the advisor like not really listening to what the client needs. Yeap, this time they did a wrong engine oil for me. Now i am very uncomfortable with this center. 1st service did a major service including the gearbox oil, and that gave me a gearshift issue. They reset the gbox, now seem ok. 2nd service, they did a full aircon service, now i am pretty much worried. A word of advice, currently the receipt are given in soft-copy. So before taking ur car out of the center, please check the invoice properly before paying. My mistake to trust them without checking and paid it as it is a authorized toyota branch. Now I felt lucky that i didnt purchase the car from this center. I will be going back to the cheras service center although it is further away for peace of mind. Btw, the advisor admitted the mistake and did offer to change back the engine oil to fully-syn without charges, but I decline it as mentioned it will be from own pocket. MCO everyone is suffering. Putting this post just so that people will alert/aware to CHECK THEIR RECEIPT/BILL or the working order properly before they even start service even at AUTHORIZED CENTER. 1 more thing, another center actually gave free car wash after service. About the car purchasing 4 years ago, the sales advisor service was not very good, that is why i bought the car from another sales center in cheras. At least that guy treated me as a customer with intention to buy a car.

Overall good service ? I give a 5 star this this service centre. This was my first visit and the service advisor Gina was quite friendly and helpful. Good job keep it up . Will recommend this service centre
