★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for checking coz radio screen blackout, car had been checked for an hour and returned without fixing the problem, said unable to detect the problem and sent their report to hq then asked to wait for their call. After 3 weeks, I waited for nth so i sent my car to another Toyota service centre, they spent more than 3 hrs to find the root cause, they changed the fuse and solved the problem without any cost. I truly felt Toyota Kajang not really professional in maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting very2 long queue if service aircond even already booked for 8am. Only got 2 lines for service aircond. Tech still can smoking and playing hp there during working. Car parked almost 2 hours whithout doing nothing.. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid to come here at all cause, I try to make complaint on my recent service there, but they make it like your fault. Even talking to Mr baharom as representative from Toyota itself also not being helpful at all, it like talking to a wall. He will try to twist your word here and there until you confuse. Please all of u, it you don’t have any choice please be extra careful when coming here, please check everthing on service list before you sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Toyota service outlet so far. Good food and drink provided. The issue is, mechanic can play their phone during service customer car.. from waiting room, you able to see mechanic doing service for you car, but also play smartphone. To me, its serious discipline. Please focus on customer car. We pay you for great and focus service. Not simply enjoy like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been sending my car for service here regularly. Very good service, friendly staff and overall good experience.
Waiting lounge area for customers is comfy. Treat yourself to their free breakfast every morning - nasi lemak bungkus and mee hoon. Very delicious ? Free Wi-Fi, coffee vending machine, magazines and TV are available.
Making an appointment is recommended and they usually complete the job in 2 - 3 hours .You can leave your car here and they will contact you once the car is ready
