Service advisor and customer service were excellenf.location a bit off inside a factory area but not a big issue.Very big lounge and super comfortable.they playing latest movie so my 2 hrs wait was enjoyable.wifi also strong.toilet and surau were clean. Timely efficient as my car received just as it was the time promised. However it is not UMW so beware of your options so not charged improperly for something you dont need.well,at least for cheapskate like me..lol. they show cctv in hd quality in case you wanna see your car in service which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service ever! Car arrived at 8.45am. They told me it will be ready before lunch. Called multiple times they said technician still 'looking' at it. At 2.45pm send me a WhatsApp with quotation and asked if i will agree to it. 6 hrs nothing have been done at all!! Then they said no stock so got to wait few days to get it!!! Never i had to leave my car overnight at toyota service center! This is the worst center ever! Go to Puchong u will get satisfaction with the service and efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Their staff treat customers very lazily and hastily. Sent my car for repairs 3 weeks ago. Called them & asked for the number of the body & paint shop, staff put me on hold for 5 minutes while I can hear them chit chat & laughing in the background. To put insult to injury, she gave me the wrong number. Gave me the number for a different SC instead. Don't even bother servicing your car here. Even normal maintenance sucks.
