โ โ โ โ โ Came to view the Toyota Vios. Was entertain by a lady sales person. Wanted to view the full spec but at the showroom only display the low spec. Was brought to their warehouse to view the full spec but only the outside because salesperson says no key to open to view interior. You expect me to buy a RM90k by just viewing the outside ? What a lousy bad service. At last went to Toyota Bukit Tinggi to view and purchase there as the sales person there are more professional and customer oriented. Don't buy here. Go to Toyota Bukit Tinggi Klang.

โ โ โ โ โ In order to make sales, cheated customer car was in stock. After all has been processed, told customer car no stock and had to wait for couple months. Salesman thought this trick would work to secure sales, in fact IT DIDN'T WORK! Way to go Mr Tan and Mr Richard!

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude and disrespectful stuff, bad attitude at treating new customer. Especially Mr Ng, a skinny tall guy with glasses on. A showroom that doesn't want to treat walk in customer should have closed down long time ago. I always thought Toyota is a well reputable and reliable brand with good services but this trip proved me wrong.

โ โ โ โ โ The service is good and there a lot of experience people to handle our car. Well treated at the entrance with opening of the main door and wishes. Time to time let us know of our car progress. Overall very nice.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a Toyota showroom. Only. There is no service centre here hence they called it 1S. The service centre is located at Sungai Rasah, Klang somewhere near the JPJ Padang Jawa neighboring Seksyen 16 Shah Alam.
