★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to change watch strap and battery. Andrew spoke English well and went through the procedure step by step with me. Helped me assess the need to punch another hole in the strap and showed me where the hole would be before doing it. He also advised how to make the strap last longer. Even the payment and receipt process was done very professionally. I paid rm35 for the battery change.
