★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 6/4/2022, called TP link call center around 1:45 pm, asking about my TP Modem M7650 battery. So far there is a solution for my problem.. waiting for battery for almost 1 year.. that personnal inform me that there is a battery available. However, once i reach there afterwork around 5pm, the person who work there, said sorry.. not available yet due to china lockdown… i really2, frustrated and angry, but because, im fasting in this month, i still manage. Im not pointing finger to people at TP LINK. But, iam a human with feelings.. and im tired, and my time is wasted just to find out its nothing available.. i’m really sorry but i feels dissapointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad product. Bought AC1300 high gain wireless MU-MNO USB adapter last week. Connected to wifi no internet. Always have this issue almost everyday. Not suggest to use tplink product

Bought their router last time on Shoppe official store, after setup keep disconnect, sent to their warranty centre & wait for 1month + only send me back.
Received & setup not even 20days disconnect again!
