★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness of room is bad. Sticky floor in the room and bathroom. Tv and aircon controllers have stains. Bedside table has stains too. Super dusty on tv. Black small stains found on pillow covers. Luckily bedsheet is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced boutique hotel with good location. Nicely renovated, will hardly miss it when passing by. Conveniently located with plenty of amenities like cafes, bakeries, restaurants, massages, etc within walking distance. Street parking with charges only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Not recommend if you want a peaceful rest, can hear outside noises. Room looks small & wash room is squishy. No fridge, no safe box,no sofa,& very small wardrobe which is just under d coffee making compartment. (First time I encountered such a hotel room). Never never book this hotel again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside of the hotel looks class and grand. But this hotel is just a plain Jane hotel (no facilities, no restaurants etc). They only have the basics like toiletries, TV, hair dryer, tea and kettle, room telephone.. My room TV has problem receiving clear signal, hence e screen display is distorted (see pic). Room floor feels sticky in my opinion and the toilet layout makes me feel unfriendly to use (ie towel rack too far from shower cubicle, door when swing open blocks entrance to toilet bowl. And the toilet seat is "dislocated" from the toilet bowl.) Pillows are too soft and used to my preference. If you are looking for a simple night stay, its still fine. There is few eateries nearby, some cafes and 2 bakeries. Not recommended if you want convenience to malls nearby via foot as its abit of walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent stay if you just wanna sleep over for a night. Cheapest so far (if you’re spending the night alone) in that area that looks decent. Single bed room is squeezy with limited walk space. Tidy but not as clean as expected for normal hotel; it had stain on the cover sheet and also a smell in the toilet when I checked in, which I had to flash and keep the toilet bowl lifted to air. Probably I got unlucky ... haha. The rest were normal. They have wifi and their TV channels have only local ones.

Place is clean too!
Located near to city square around 10mins ride from city square and grab fare is only like 8 RM? Really cheap:)
Nearby the hotel there's also a convenient store a bar and restaurants!
The place also feels secure because there's a security guard on petrol just outside the hotel!
Great place to go to for a stay!
