★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've a hair treatment package with Anagen and have been trying to make appointment with them since before they move to SS2 location. Recently I tried again and constantly no reply or very late reply. At one time they have a hair show so whole two weeks cannot make appointment. Making appointment becomes such a hassle. Finally they said will come back to me on the date but didn't, when I followed up I'm told whole of January cannot use my package (presumably due to CNY) and can only do next month in Feb. Still have many more times to go for their package, it is frustrating to have paid but cannot secure an appointment to actually use them.
