★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst administrative system ever. Super long waiting hours. Booked my appointment at 9:30am for a health declaration assessment, waited for hours to be called in (still waiting at 11:30am) and the HSP counter claimed my folder still stuck at the front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experience with every department here providing good service in polite manner, except the billing department. A woman in charge at Billing A, she is very bad manner, showing all kind of impatient look, not considerate such as putting the card machine so far away at almost unreachable distance expecting me a customer to push through the queue pole which is used for social distancing purpose, then giving receipt at her own face only without proper handover to customer. This one bad service ruin the whole department and ruin the image of the medical center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely expensive, overcharged price. Long waiting hours. I don't like the way they split billing and dispensary where we have to pay without knowing the medicine they give. The staff even ask for payment without showing us the bill. Totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist (malay lady) was so rude and raising her voice for a simple question. She felt she was doing me a favor for processing the referral letter and telling me that was not her job. As patient and client there, how would I know their scope of job..? She was the one asking for my details as if she can help. Yet she scolded me for asking questions and tried to understand the process.
The nurse (indian lady) that I called in the morning failed to do her job slow in preparing a refferal letter and notify via AIA apps. I kept waiting the whole day for it to arrive. These two ladies are not supposed to work at front desk if they can't handle simple task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by here to get a JE Vaccine and to see what the clinic was like for potential future use as I live in the area. I like the walk in vaccine access, and staff was friendly enough. However, I wouldn't go back due to questionable hygiene practices with the vaccine delivery. For example the nurse didn't have gloves on while extracting the vaccine from the vile. The doctor did put gloves on to administer it, but before shuffling papers around. It didn't inspire confidence. I'll pass on future visits and find elsewhere to go.
