★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my first antenatal scan and of course we both are so excited! But the attending doctor is not friendly at all, not welcoming and just focus on her machines and notes instead of me as her patient. While doing ultrasound scan, doesnt put any effort to explain the findings to us, except for the fetal heart part, only for documentation purpose. My husband also couldn't see clearly as she didnt give some space for him to see the ultrasound screen display as well. End up he is blurred all along regarding the scan. We can say that we paid expensive service for almost nothing to gain except a piece of scan scan image.

2. I would not complain about the charges if the consultations were good.
3. Paling recent I pergi, the male doctor (should have asked his name) check lebih kurang. I was feeling dizzy and had vertigo but he told me it was all due to stress. Didn't even bother to check my heart beat (my pulse rate was high and later when I got it checked at KK, I was diagnosed to have thyroid), he plainly dismissed other possibilitties and just told me not to worry. That it was normal. Very unprofessional and malas.
4. Lebih baik I ke KK, tunggu pun tapi they examine patients thoroughly and refer to pakar if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service very slow…looks like systematic but not all..they are very slow..asking us to come to the clinic to get the blood report but when we arrived all the staff seems like blurr and dont know anything…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors is it really doctor or partime/ intern doctor ? not all but some the doctor not even concern about what we want . Macam tak tetap pedirian. Mmg different doctor diff guideline ke ?
Past few months kata jumpa untuk that specific vacc but when i come the doctor dont even listen what we are saying , end
up giving our baby wrong injection. So shame on you as a doctor .
