β β β β β Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The bus (unfrequent and nonreliable) isn't a good way to go to the city center (Bukit Bintang or Chinatown) and the LRT station is at a 20 minute walk which cannot be taken at night. Surely value for money. In conclusion, it's a quite good bargain.

β β β β β Very clean friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Very accommodating about check out time. The rooms are quite small but that did not bother us as they were well furnished and clean. Hot running water and water dispenser with coffee mugs in room

β β β β β Room quite small but reasonably fit. Breakfast for the price, nothing much to expect but fair enough. Few boiled egg, toast and simple noodle.
However one button on the lift need to be removed or lock for staff use only. We accidentally went to βthatβ floor and honestly itβs does had an eerie feeling. Please do check on level 3 button as it do need to be press harder to be active.
Overall it nice budget hotel.

β β β β β Good reception. Clean room, well maintained. No kettles inside the room but water dispenser is available next to the elevator.
Unfortunately Agoda cheated me out of complimentary breakfast option, so was unable to comment on this. Apparently the breakfast option is no longer available since MCO

β β β β β The accommodation is just nice. Few things I think should be fix which is there should be better lighting inside the room, the pillows is slightly uncomfortable for me as it is too thin and pest control should always be monitored as there is a roach in my room as you can see from the picture I uploaded. The customer service is very friendly which is good for the hotel.
