As a soon-to-be new parent, we always come to visit him with a lot of 5W1H - where, when, why, what, who, how - along the pregnancy period, Dr Ng always explained one by one patiently and with good advices! And love the way Dr Ng greets when meets, sounds heartwarming and positive energy! The clinic run very systematic with appointment reminder - registration- blood pressure check - urine test - doctor review - set next appointment. ??

β β β β β ?? A super gentle, caring and tender Gynae doctor, Dr Ng Sau Yee. My sis was under his care for her pregnancy and we really appreciate and love his service. He has a big heart for the patient as always. Many times he would sacrifice his own time just to see us whenever we called him for an emergency visit. The charge fee was really reasonable and the service was tip top. Again, thanks to Dr Ng and the team!

β β β β β Made an appointment with Dr. Ng 1 week in advance. Only upon arrival at the clinic, was told by the nurse that Dr. Ng is doing surgery at the hospital and not sure when he will be back. The nurse asked if I would like to see Dr. Chai. I asked for Dr. Chai's profile as there isn't any information or certificates of Dr. Chai at the Clinic at all and the nurse said that they don't have it. Waited for awhile and decided to just leave as I feel like things are not done professionally. The nurse should have called to inform that Dr. Ng is not in instead of only telling us when we were there and asking us to see another doctor when we specifically have made an appointment to see Dr. NG.

β β β β β A clinic ran by a bunch of ignorant rude nurses. Zero professionalism. They will call you and change your appointment just simply like they are running a fish market. My appointment was supposed to be on a specific date, they called on a weekend and I didnβt pick up. One day before the appointment I called them to check, and they said βthe doctor wonβt be in tomorrow thatβs we called you to change your appointmentβ. Didnβt apologize or whatsoever. What kind of stupid way of running a business?
The comments below are true -> The nurses/front desk are not attentive and VERY rude. Doctor (male) seems not that good in explaining. Their work is all βcincaiβ. THE WORST PART, they barely pickup your calls when there is an enquiry. Few days back I changed to a better gynae near my place. Much better and super professional. Never ever going back here

β β β β β Quite a few reviews on staff courtesy. In my opinion they are not rude, just quite blunt but they never said anything unprofessional. They will say "huh" to mean excuse me, especially on the phone because the line can be terrible. Just match their energy, it's nothing personal. Phone line really can be quite bad. Dr Ng himself is patient and exercises good bedside manners. An ethical practice.

β β β β β Nice clinic. Doctor is nice, and I appreciate the way he spoke so gently while checking on me. Scan was done using ultrasound and well explained too. no unnecessary medication given. charge is reasonable.
