I have make appointment at 10.30am and I want to change the time because of the traffic conditions and end up changing at 12.00pm successfully upon call but when we arrived here there doctor are went to lunch and we have to wait until 2.00pm that almost about 2 hour time. Now my question is why we were given booking at the time during doctor gonna have lunch? How can sick patient can wait until 2 hours for the doctors arrived. What is the point of making booking? We are paid but we received a same treatment like government hospital. Lot of building construction until the entrance is close. Follow the guide that they attach there but taking lift and most the gateway are closed and we are lost. Totally not recommend to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the first time experience here is good. Parking is easy, but lack of sufficient signage to lead to medical centre, office tower and mall.
Registration counter was smooth. Waiting time was about 35 mins before I got my HPV vaccine shot. Had to wait for the doc to finish their patient report though we reach earlier than our scheduled time. Anyway, 35 mins is still bearable. Proper social distancing for seating, waiting and sop is in place. Payment was also smooth.
Good to walk and visit the mall if you visit. Plenty of food and things to see here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Health Screening Centre for full body check up with my mum yday. It was a very pleasant experience. Booked the earliest spot at 8am. Registration was smooth and efficient. First attended by Nurse Ong Ting Ting. She was polite and kind. Good technique applied on drawing of blood. Next was general examination by Dr Audrey Tan who was extremely professional and patient. She is good and thorough with her explanation as well as medical recommendation.
Medical centre and facility was spacious and comfortable. Clean and neat.
Overall a great experience with Sunway Medical Velocity. Value for money health check up package. Will certainly book again.
Areas for improvements, more changing rooms should be provided at Radiology Dept. At the moment, there was only one. Making the wait extremely long and inconvenient. Waiting time at the Radiology Dept was also longer due to only one doctor on duty.
Thank you Sunway Medical for the great service and facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to have the medical check up here. Very well organized start from your booking and until finished. Upon booking, you will receive the sms to confirmed your appointment, video to guide how to park your car. When you will here, the environment is so fresh and clean. Comfortable like hotel. Signboard are clear and easy to access. You can find family mark at level 1, breakfast before start the screening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse of Dr. Chuah Bee Poh was very rude, impolite, and sarcastic to all first-timer patients here. As the first thing she said was, “Why is everyone standing here (in front of her desk)? Sini Pasar Malam ke?”
I’m completely speechless with such professionalism shown by the nurse. Wanted to check her name but she didn’t have a name tag with her. Terrible manner, and terrible customer service!
I mean, seriously? If people were to know what to do as first-timers, they wouldn’t even want to stand and wait for more indications on where to go, and what to do. Unfortunately, there are still so many rooms for improvement for our medical industry in terms of services & professionalism in Malsysia.
As a nurse, you’re supposed to make patients feel comfortable and well-informed with all things needed to get ready before seeing doctors. Telling people off by mentioning Pasar Malam will not make your works easier.
Hey nurse, please respect yourself and respect all patients by having good manners to everyone. Because what you do and say reflects badly on Dr Chuah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to do my vaccination. The management here is very polite when entering the premises. The environment is very fresh and openly spacious. Quite contemporary. Front counter ppl and nurses are helpful and friendly. Thumbs up.

Cons: But the whole management needs a total revamp. Brought my wife for pregnancy check up and each average waiting time is around 3 to 4 hours. Not sure if it's the gimmick for the hospital to collect more parking fee or to generate more income from the eateries.
The appointment system is a joke. If your appointment is 3pm but ended up your consultation hours is 5pm which only takes 5 to 10 mins.
Really unacceptable, even payment requires 1 to 2 hours during weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a patient. I did my covid test earlier and it was negative. I had my GL letter issued by my insurance company. I reach the emergency by 8:15pm and it is now 10:45pm and they still haven’t process my admission yet. Waaaay to slow. Of course there are lots of patients waiting, but please, you do not need 30 minutes to send one patient to the ward. I have to wait here feel dizzy and nauseous and yet your staff keep on asking us to wait. Please improve! You have more than enough staffs here. Don’t keep the patients waiting for so long.
