Even though it was very last minute, Mr Aravin managed to send 1 caregiver for my mother on the very same day. And the caregiver was very nice and professional. I am very satisfied with Universal Nursing Care service. I want to give them 10 stars if possible. Thank you so much again and I really really appreciate it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so pleased with the services given to my dad from Universal Nursing Care! I think they are doing a great job and that the care staff are fantastic ! I’m given a detailed report after every visit and this means a lot as I’m not in Malaysia and my dad is by himself at home. Thanks Universal Nursing Care, You’ve really made a difference !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 82 year old mother was admitted to Damansara Specialist for dengue. Due to covid, the hospital only allows a guardian to be with a patient 24/7 for the duration of stay. We decided to engage a fulltime carer and was assigned Ms Nenebeth Carian (Beth). Beth was excellent. She was very dedicated with her work and took care of my mom very well and with excellent care (this was conveyed to me by the nurses there whenever I called to enquire about my mom). My mom was very comfortable with Beth.
My dealings with Universal Nursing Care (Mr Arun) has been nothing short of excellent especially when I contacted him on Hari Raya Haji and all dealings went smoothly.
I would definitely take up their services in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

I find out from the internet; they are prompt in replying to messages. They are flexible, affordable and highly professional. We have been very pleased with the service.
