β β β β β Super efficient ER room care. I had a dislocated shoulder and the care was way better than I could have expected. Building looks like it has seen better days but itβs the staff that makes this place shine ?

β β β β β Bad service from all staff here, especially the nurse from emergency counter so rude to elderly,i really saw the nurse use harsh words toward to my mother itβs make me really mad,iβve to wait 5 - 6 hours to get any updates from the doctor but in the end they say need to come tomorrow just wasted my time and energy, the next day me and my mother come here to visit my older sister sheβs admitted at ward, while we waiting outside thereβs a 3 Copβs come over to me and said βdo not gathering here and thereβs a lot of crowdβ but i saw no crowd over here literally no crowded really upset the way police drive us away like that.To all people out there do not come here for any treatment whatsoever just go to others Hospitals better than here.

β β β β β The service all slow motion, wait from 9am to 1.30pm still waiting...just for scan and waiting doctor. Worst then KKIA. Please consider and pity the pregnant lady who are waiting. KKIA can done at 2 or 3 hours. Why HUKM O&G need to wait for 5hours plus...prefer service at KKIA.

β β β β β Came for check up for few years but the service and system still not improving and organized.
- Insufficient parking as well as OKU parking
- Waited for long queue 3-4 hours for a less than 10min consultation. They should improve their appointment scheduled so patient is not over-crowded and time consuming for both parties.
- Some nurses and counter admin here are impolite. Old folks might not able to understand the SOP and instructions should be guide politely.
Anyhow the doctor I follow up (Neuro Dr Ng) is polite and helping patient to understand their concerns and diagnosis well.

β β β β β Don't expect to get very good service as this government hospital serves very high flow of patients every day. However I got a satisfactory response from the receptionist counter.

β β β β β Accessibility wise.. just okay, parking not too full. Can easily get lost inside. The insides look very old, much older than Hospital Serdang not sure why, maybe they don't service the insides. Service wise, it is more slow paced, as in very relaxed. Took a while to register. Being biased here because Hospital Serdang is a very busy hospital and they can accommodate me in less than 2 hours if you're early; maximum 3 hours. Earliest appointment is 3 months away, not sure if understaffed or what but 3 months is way too long. Cleanliness wise.. I'm not sure what disinfectant they use but it smells like hot dog water. Even with a mask on, it's a bit unbearable. Took me about almost 4 hours from booking an appointment, see the doctor and take medication.

β β β β β Physiotherapy treatment here is professionally guide and give a very good service. 1 hour session only cost you Rm30. I'm doing treatment for slip disc problem. Now 95% recover. Thanks to you all. Most important you need to repeat all the exercises frequently at home. In shaa Allah.

β β β β β Service like government hospital but charges you like a private hospital.
Wife gave birth here, had to wait outside. No one notified me when her surgery was done. When inquired from nurses at the reception, they were all "I don't know".
My newborn child was given wrong treatment.. The kid didn't have jaundice but was treated for jaundice because one of the nurses misread the chart..
Got a call and was told my child can be discharged one day. Came to pick the kid but was told the doctor gave wrong info.. Need to wait another day.
Submitted a formal complaint, all I got was that lousy letter in return.
The payment counter advertised a discount if you completed their feedback form so I did. It was actually a discount voucher for their canteen.. That's on me, though. Too naive thinking they'd give a discount for their medical bills.
The staff was friendly and helpful, however. Just incompetent, not sure because of the management or just their own fault.
If you have the money, go somewhere else.
