The dr sai ram said i came tok many times due ti period paid every month and cannot give mc. What the?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. Doc so arrogant. I am coming to get referral letter since my skin conditin really bad and i get allergic for whole of my body. Without any further check or opinion,suddenly doc jump to conclusion.definitely never come again!!!dissapointed!!!

Previously all the doctors was okay, attend the clinics last 2 days, feeling not well, attend by Dr Kevin, inform that im feeling not well, he checked my temperature and said that im not having fever , im inform that i already take paracetamol since 6 am, but im still feel lathergic and not well, then he said then you not working it is , he assumed that im here to get mc, informed him that im on leave for 1 week, im just come to get a medicine, i dont need MC , he even said to me that he not bomoh, so dont know why im sick and once i enter the room he even said Sakit apa lagi ye puan, cmon if im not sick, i wouldnt go to your clinic. Im taking prevention because Im been tested positive Covid on May, so thats why im heading to the clinic after feel not well even after taking paracetamol. Leaving the clinic without taking any medicine.
Please bear in mind to attend your customer politely, people will not go to clinic for fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I really have a great experience with the clinic with this one Malay male doctor for ear related issue. I also did my PCR here and satisfied with the process. Unfortunately, I went to the clinic on 14th Sept for throat and stomach problem. Doctor diagnosed me as having throat infection after checked my throat and prescribed me with doxycycline. It is apparently the beginning of a painful experience for me. Doxycycline that was prescribed worsen my condition. It was the next doctor whom I met informed me that; as I did abdominal xray and urea breath test. Left with having an acute gastric issue and now waiting to do endoscopy for further check. What I really disappointed was the way the lady doctor didnt bother to ask further questions regarding my upset stomach that I told her (although it isnt that painful at the time) and relate it to be probably due to pre-menstrual syndrome. This is unacceptable. Further care towards patients must be exercised especially when you prescribed them with antibiotics! Because of this, I’m in huge pain and my work is interrupted! Will never come to the clinic again.
