β β β β β Don't sign up for this, they make you pay extra if you make your rental payment late for even a day and when they refund you the deposit it's been more than 3 months(they stated only require 1 month to process in the tenancy agreement) and i haven't get anything yet. Basically have to pay for everything, wifi, aircond(per hour), cleaning, mini fridge. And they deduct your deposit for no reason

β β β β β If can i will give no star for this stay. The room is okay, but the services is the worst. Expensive and bad management. As they delayed the return of deposit for more than 3 months and communication between management having problem and we customer need to pay their mistakes!!! Can't express how angry am I!

β β β β β Stayed here for 4 years and the management has been over charging students for AC, even tho the weather is warm most of the times.
I was told I will receive my deposit refund within 6-8 weeks and till today I havenβt received my refund (I checked out Mid July)
The only reason I would suggest someone to move there, is for the convenience of the clubhouse however it is accessible if you stay on Campus Accommodation as well (where they clean your room for you without extra charges and the AC fees arenβt as overpriced as Univillage)
When I contacted the management about my refund, I was left unanswered even tho the message was read by the Head of Management (Miss Sali).

β β β β β Rooms are ok but they chose the cheapest tiles and painting. Customer service is extremely bad, they are very rude and uncooperative. They try to find ways to get money from their tenants; they charged me once for some cleaning service when I was checking out, but they actually did not clean the room for the next tenant. They even increased their prices after the MCO was lifted. The only thing they care about is money, couldn't care less about their tenants. Totally horrible, do not recommend at all.

β β β β β Safe place for the students. Convenient as there's variety of food at the cafes with affordable price. Self-service laundry is available too.

β β β β β Management has gotten more terrible in the last two years. Among other things, they take forever to return your deposit, and increased the monthly rent and initial deposit (now 4 monthsβ rent) during the pandemic. This means you have even more money held by them that may not be returned until months after your contract ends. Do not recommend, go literally anywhere else.

β β β β β Didn't stay here but was about to. Special thanks to all reviewers here, allowing me to understand how bad this accommodation is. Emailed the accommodation office about certain enquiries but no one replied (already had been more than 3 months, still no reply). Imagine if you stay here and you have an issue to talk about with the management and this happens to you.... Should close down for good or just let Nottingham University to manage this place. Since Nottingham seems to be lacking parking spaces, could take advantage of this land by building a parking complex here with remainder towers as accommodation. This sounds unrealistic but really hope if this happens.
