★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to fill up an online purchasing form- so I took a number and the clerk/ staff rang my number right away while handling another customer. Then he asked me to wait, so I did. Why would you ring the number while you are busy with another customer? I waited and when that customer left, he attended some other people rather than me.
Then he went into the office to grab some stuff (I don’t know) and came back asking me what I wanted to do again, and after i explained, he said he doesn’t know how to do that and the guy who knows how to wasn’t there today. He even said he needs to learn how to do it. Don’t know what it is, maybe he just doesn’t want to do it.
So, he asked me to come back later and took my IC to make a copy of it. After returning it to me, he said he will call me before end of today or tomorrow to come back to do it. And guess what, he did not call.
Anyways, going to open up another bank account somewhere else because UOB has been giving me trouble since the start. So many form to fill up and even their internet banking got problem. They don’t give a flying poop about your problem. If I could, I would like to leave half star out of 5.
