The soup is not minty but somehow very salty. I'm not sure if it happened after it was mixed into the ingredients. I'm not a fan of the inclusion of black-eyed beans since it will add chalky/powdery texture to it.
For RM7, it is fine. Average at best.
As for the location, you need to find a place with fan blowing at you (with swivel) if not it would be quite hot during noon time.
