★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless courier service. I ordered from Amazon with express shipment they keep rerouting and their tracking system is different from Amazon tracking on their parcel. the parcel should be delivered today on 17 Jan but no one calls me and despite several calls made, nothing is delivered today up til 8.26pm. and amazon stated the parcel shall reach me at 8pm. what more interesting is tomorrow 18 Jan is public holiday so i gladly complain to amazon and i will complain again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay for a shipment from UK to MY using Worldwide Saver for 2-3 days delivery. Ended up taking them over a week to get it delivered. Calling customer service is complete waste of time. For time sensitive item best to avoid UPS.

I bought my laptop from singapore, i guess its understandable that their route is to go to china first before malaysia, but then when it arrived to shah alam, the delivery was rescheduled thrice. they only delivered my first parcel (the laptop bag) which arrived to shah alam around the same time as my laptop (why couldnt they just deliver the laptop too.. so weird) . last saturday they updated the tracker saying “delivery attempted, receiving business closed” at 10 am. if that meant they tried to deliver to my house and i wasnt there, its a complete lie, i was at home the whole day. contacted them on monday, they said it will arrive before 6pm, which it didnt. thursday (today) contacted them for a second time, they “promised” to deliver it before the end of the day. no sign of them and its 9pm right now. its SO irritating, i need that laptop urgently for my college
UPDATE 4 Feb:
contacted the MD yesterday, they finally investigated the issue and called us to inform that it will arrive before noon. Thankfully, i have received the laptop in good condition.

Lousy customer service, overseas parcel dragged 1-2 weeks with excuses waiting this waiting that, blablabla
Customer service lack of information, call then have to wait update, but just keep waiting with no update no solution.
Tax department said they not only liase with UPS, also with other courier companies.. you have to queue la...
huh??
Seriously! If you accidentally choose UPS, advice cargo collect by yourself is the fastest way IMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so much of bad review/comments about UPS Shah Alam and it truly scared me while waiting for my Lenovo laptop. But luckily, the delivery is just delay 2days where I got my laptop this morning. The initial delivery date is 31/12/2021, but it postponed due to unable to make it, and 1/1/2022 is public holiday and Sunday is off day. I was expected to receive it on Monday but it is not, status is remained reschedule for future delivery, even until right before I received my laptop, there is no out for delivery status been made. Anyway, my package is not missing as I read the review that someone missing their packages, and delay of 2days is acceptable for me. =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a shipment that arrived in KLIA on the 13th of January and to this very date, I have yet to receive it (latest delivery was scheduled for the 21st of Jan).
I'd have to say it has to be THE worst provider that i've had to deal with thus far. Their brokerage department cannot be contacted via phone and to add to that whatever replies that I do get via email are one liners requesting documentation but never acknowledging the email therefore leaving you in the dark. Whats more if I do get an email its 2 days later or in my case 4 days later. The person who is handling my shipment is named Syaz.
Customer service over the phone / email although polite weren't able to resolve the delivery issue as well.
The only status update that i'm able to get from their webpage is "warehouse scan" for the last 12 days without any further details of whats going on. It really is infuriating.
For the others who have in fact received their goods way later then the expected delivery day I'd strongly urge you to get a shipping refund from UPS depending on what type of service that you've opted for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who have ordered from Lenovo, fear not my friends, for your product should arrive within 1/2 days. My Laptop arrived at UPS shah alam on Wednesday morning, and I received it on Thursday afternoon, even though the tracker showed "On the way", It didn't show "Out for deliver", It didn't even show an estimated time, It just arrived like how the customer service dude told me, I'm really happy with the customer service, they are very professional(I have spoken with 3 of them) and they did provided me with the correct estimated delivery day. Overall, GGWP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered two parcels from U.S. and one of the parcels was delivered today, on Saturday which is five days earlier than estimated date of delivery. Which means, very fast delivery.
Meanwhile another one is still stuck at custom office in Sepang even though both parcels were cleared at the same time. The next day, it was updated to be in Shenzhen, China all of sudden when the target address is in Malaysia.
Called representatives twice and both of them are very well mannered and responsive, explained that one parcel are actually in Shenzhen. Probably tracker issue.
So far, I have received the last parcel right on the estimated date. Thanks UPS team.
