When enquiry when is it no stock, they cant answer never mind as was told have to deal with the company, but she was being rude over phone from how she answering the questions. Please listen to the phone conversation as you have recorded for training purposes.
I have to say the other staffs i have encounter was very polite and nice but not the customer service.
